Building Consent

If your project requires building consent, Millé is here to streamline the process. We start by completing the floor plan, then engage with the necessary engineers for structural, hydraulic, mechanical, electrical, and fire engineering. After reviewing and finalising these documents, we compile them with other project documentation and specifications and submit them for building consent, handling all council queries along the way until consent is issued.

Tender and Construction

Once the detailed design is complete, we send it to trades for pricing and scheduling. We collaborate with you to review these details, ensuring budget is adhered to. After finalising the construction contract and programme, which is signed by both contractor and client, construction begins. Millé manages or reviews the project to ensure the design’s intent is maintained, answers contractor queries, and ensures all council inspections are completed for the final certification.

Procurement

For the procurement phase, we can help you with selecting lighting, furniture, equipment, and other interior elements. Millé facilitates this process by obtaining prices, seeking your approval, and then managing the purchases on your behalf. We co-ordinate the installation of all furniture, fittings, and equipment, ensuring everything is seamlessly integrated into your space.

Post-Construction Review

After construction, Millé remains at your side to address any issues, tweaks, or additional elements you may desire. We are committed to ensuring your space not only meets but surpasses your expectations, functioning perfectly in every aspect.
