Katsu Katsu is a contemporary Japanese restaurant, focussed on the connection between the chef and the customer. Our highly experienced restaurateur client, Jason Lee wanted a dark, inviting space that communicated the quality of his offering. On a limited budget, we created his branding and interior design, and converted an existing tired Japanese venue into the highly successful venue Katsu Katsu is today.
