Mibo Mt. Eden

Our client Emma came to us with the idea of starting a bakery inspired by her the patisserie culture of Shanghai and memories of her grandmother bringing warm pastries home to her. French baked goods, with Chinese influences, it was a unique concept to Auckland and was an immediate hit (leading to a much bigger second Mibo in Wynyard Quarter. Years later, the lines still spill down the street as locals vie to get there hands on one of their delicious treats.
