Two Fold is the long term dream of two craft beer professionals, a micro brewery folded into an elevated dining experience. Wanting to provide a different experience to the traditionally grunge focussed craft beer experience, our clients (after a long search) found the perfect site in an iconic hospitality site on Parnell Rise. We took advantage of the existing high end finishes, and layered the new brand on top the already well considered interior, slotting a significant brewery into the space at the same time. An instant hit with the locals, Two Fold is both refined but accessible and welcoming, the perfect spot for local families, friends and business associates. Two Fold is exactly what Parnell needed.
